Paul was born and raised in the Greater Boston area. He bgan playing music at a young age and is currently a working musician. He is internationally renowned and considered to be the world’s foremost leading authority on 19th-century European circus music. He currently resides in the Greater Boston area, where he rasies lamas and collects rare brass instruments from millitary bands of the 1840s.
